Team Tehyathon Ragnar Relay 200-Mile Ultra Team
Tehyathon, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Tehya and her former teacher, Martin Reisert. Tehyathon was formed with the purpose of raising funds to increase awareness of a serious birth condition called Spina Bifida. We offer support to patients and their families who live with the challenges of Spina Bifida and its related conditions. We are also focused on serving those in need with our Tenderness Totes Program.
Tehyathon Youth Group for Tenderness Totes
What makes Tehyathon unique is that our Youth Group is at the forefront of much of our work. We give young teens an opportunity to perform service projects that directly affect their own communities. Their work is tangible, and their contributions are immediately recognized by those that benefit from the Tenderness Totes that we lovingly create and distribute.
Tehyathon Youth Group Members are empowered and they truly believe in their ability to make a tremendous difference in the lives of others. We are honored to have some of the most amazing kids on our team, and they quickly learn the value of unity when they combine their individual efforts to successfully accomplish one common, purposeful goal.
Team Tehyathon Athletes compete throughout the year in various athletic events including Marathons, Relays, Triathlons and an annual Tehyathon Tennisathon. Through this website and/or via sponsorship with other organizations, like the Janus Charity Challenge, Tehyathon athletes raise money for programs and services that benefit the Spina Bifida community, the Homeless Community, and anyone in need of our support and services.
